Apartment House

The Apartment House is a housing product for the Ger Districts that can accommodate several types of households.

The product responds to our research that shows that many landowners allow their relatives to live in gers on their plots; or they may allow non-family members to rent part of their land for their ger.

Over 40% of current ger district plots are occupied by more than one household, usually exteded family members that span multiple generations.

The Apartment House allows extended families to live collectively, or for residents to introduce a new income streams through rental accommodation.
