Kilagal Infill Housing Manual

This project aims to introduce a new model of sustainable, seismic resilient, and affordable housing to address the reconstruction of heritage settlements in Kathmandu, Nepal. 

Along with a demonstrative pilot project, the research initiative developed a manual for residents and key stakeholders in housing construction in order to impact local housing standards and municipal policy.
